Delighting customers through beautiful floral products is our ultimate aim. We always strive to deliver the freshest flowers in their best condition. Please read our floral care tips to ensure that your flowers bloom bigger and last longer.
Any product purchased from our e-store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. In the rare scenario where a damaged or incomplete item is delivered, you may contact our customer service, within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will assist you. In the event that we believe there has been a mistake on our part, we will facilitate you with an Online Store Credit option (minus delivery costs) of the same value, which then can be used to purchase another item. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of order by customer.

Please note that your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and at least 48 hours before the expected delivery date. The full amount will be credited to the original method of payment. No refunds are offered after 24 hours of placing your order.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Online Store Credit is created by the customer care team which is used to shop anything of the same value from the e-store. It is of the same value of the product that is being returned minus the shipping cost.
Online Store Credit is valid for 30 days after its generation.
