DELIVERY POLICY

Fresh flower delivery is currently available within Lahore only.

  • Same-day delivery (Lahore): Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM
  • Next-day delivery: Available on selected dates
  • Delivery cut-off times may vary on weekends and peak occasions

 


SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We aim to deliver products as displayed on our Website. However, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal or availability constraints.

ALL SUBSTITUTIONS:
  • Will be of equal or greater value
  • Will maintain the overall design, style, and presentation
FLOWER
  • Mixed arrangements: Color palette will be maintained where possible
  • Single-flower arrangements: Flower type will be matched; color may vary
  • Vases may be substituted with a similar style if unavailable
PLANTS
  • Similar plants of equal or greater value may be used
  • Containers may be substituted if necessary
SPECIALTY GIFTS
  • May be replaced with a comparable item of equal or greater value within the same category
